We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 60 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.

We are currently looking for a Trainee/Junior Influencer Marketing to support our team within the Dutch and Belgian markets.

Your tasks

You will research and identify new influencers to collaborate with Yepoda
You will be responsible for closing and maintaining relationship with 40 Influencers per month
You will handle the relationship management between influencers, their agencies and our brand, briefing them according to our expectations
You will execute our Influencer Marketing strategy to secure the company's revenue growth target
You will take the lead for the negotiations on performance and budget
You will analyze the Influencer Marketing campaigns to understand the results of our efforts reporting on relevant KPI's

Your profile

You graduated from studies in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related field
First experience in E-Commerce, Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in Influencer Marketing
Understanding of revenue, KPI's and targets
You are focused on results, can think creatively, and have strong communication- and negotiation skills
Excellent Dutch and English skills
Passion for Beauty, Numbers & Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)
You have a hands-on attitude and you take ownership
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.).
Experience with Hubspot and Storyclash are a plus
Preferably with flexibility to start soon
