We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 60 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our organization, where you will have the opportunity to be in a dynamic role steering our website optimization.

Your tasks

You will own the roadmap and product lifecycle of our websites and their execution
You will build from scratch and lead the CRO strategy and UX optimizations of our websites to optimize conversion rates and user journeys
You will organize and orchestrate the workflows between our design & development teams to deliver meaningful features of high-quality
You will define the specifications of all new features and monitor the quality of the development process
You will define our A/B testing program processes and partners and proactively seek out and implement new methodologies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes
You will utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and recommend new and streamlined improvements to the website
You will create detailed reports and share findings across departments, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and ensuring that actionable insights are integrated into marketing strategies
You will build a long-term strategy to expand and grow our testing program and platform and drive progress toward the vision

Your profile

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in e-commerce environment or high-growth startup.
Proven track record in product management-related topics working with developers and conceiving product roadmaps
You have owned the development and CRO strategy of a product over multiple years, ideally in the e-commerce space
You have that rare combination of business, analytics and UX savvy
Excellent project management skills
Interest in e-commerce trends, UX innovations, websites
Previous experience with Shopify is an advantage
